Heute hatte ich Glücklicherweise die Gelegenheit bei einem tollen Cupping dabei sein zu dürfen. Timo von „fazpinheiraense – Natural Coffee„, hatte Proberöstungen verschiedener Kaffeebohnen dabei. Markus Gaibl von Kaffeewerkstatt Kucha hatte das Treffen in der Rösttrommel auf AEG bei Bastian Reif organisiert. Interessant war, dass Timo tadellose Bohnen, Bohnen mit Fehlern und welche mit verschiedenen Röstgraden mitgebracht hatte. Schon im ungemahlenen Zustand wurden die Unterschiede schnell Sicht- und vor allem Riechbar. Ich denke wir dürfen gespannt sein, was uns Timo in den nächsten Jahren alles so mitbringt!
